If you try to login into our helpdesk and get the notice “Only Clients Can Register” while your support is still active (in case your support has been expired read this) you can try the following things to get it to work.
- Make sure you’re not running any Ad Blocker. Ad Blockers are the most common issue for people trying to login into the helpdesk. Ad Blockers block the Envato API connection which returns an error and you will not be recognized as a client.
- Make sure your browser doesn’t have anything blocking outgoing/incoming connections.
- Try login in using a different browser.
- If none of the above work there will be a temporary issue with the Envato API. Try again later.
